I’m so sorry to read this, jamie. The loss of any loved one is hard, and folks around our age must experience the loss of grandparents almost regularly. You and your family are in my prayers.
Jamie and Ali, we are glad we got to meet Lucille at your wedding weekend. We continued to correspond with a few letters to each other. She was a loving, sweet lady and we will not forget her warmth and winning smile. She will be missed but never forgotten. Love, Anita and Harry (mom and dad)
I’m so sorry Jamie. I’m thinking about you.
Jamie,
I am so sorry to hear about nana. Jana asked me tonight if I ever went to her house, and a slight grin came over my face. I told her I remember Nana smoking filterless Camel’s while your dad and granddad drank beer and watched the race. As a I got older nana would offer me one of her non filter camels, and a head rush was soon to follow.
I never have figured out why David would smoke these thing while we were growing up.
Anyhow, you and your family is in our prayers.
